The Hong Kong-based, Mason Global holdings plans to acquire a 10 per cent equity stake in Mumbai-based Effort BPO Ltd. Rajnish Sarna, Director, Effort BPO, confirmed the deal. The boards of both companies are in discussion and the transaction is scheduled to be completed by the first week of September.
